New Director Appointed for J.L.S.S.

Rev. George Daniel Haddad, a former student of Schneller school, was appointed director starting 1st of October 2006. He previously served as principal of BLESSED (The Benevolent Lebanese Evangelical School for Special Education and Development) in Beirut [7 years], Vicar of All Saints Anglican Church in Beirut [13 years], school chaplain and teacher of Science and English in the National Evangelical School in Nabatiyeh - Lebanon [5 years], and deputy director of the Family Bookshop in Manama - Bahrain [2 years].  His family has links with Schneller that go back for four generations to his great uncle Mr. Elias Nassrallah Haddad; his grandfather who was trained and worked in Schneller Nazareth, Jerusalem, and Lebanon; his father, uncles, and aunts who were educated in Schneller - Jerusalem, and finally himself in Schneller - Khirbet Kanafar. On his appointment he said: "Schneller School gave me my education, character, open mind, and Christian faith. I have benefited from those wonderful gifts all my life. It was my turn now to give to others a little of what I have received from our beloved Schneller school." We pray that God may bless the ministry of Rev. Haddad and use him to bring glory to the precious name of our loving lord and savior.
